PCB assembly factory tour - Discover where our power modules are made!
This is a quick glimpse of the production of our power modules at our local partner's PCB assembly factory.
The assembly process includes the deposition of solder paste, reflow soldering of SMD components, wave soldering of power components, and mechanical assembly. Right after production, the power modules are tested at imperix's lab.
After testing, the finished products are used to build reconfigurable power converters, such as solar PV inverters, motor drives, or battery chargers. They come in particularly handy for R&D activities in power electronics, with research topics such as renewable energy conversion, micro-grids, smart-grids, or motor drives.
